Whether you have yet to experience menopause or are currently in the thick of it, you likely know that it can be a rather unpleasant experience. You never really hear women gushing things
like “I just began menopause and it is fantastic!”
Like many things in life that are less than fun, often it is all in how you handle the discomfort that leads
to your overall happiness. During Pre and Menopause the hormonal imbalance is responsible for much
